Last year between July 2021 and December 2021 we underwent a pilot report with the help of Cambridge Institute for Music Therapy Research, Anglia Ruskin University. This report was to understand and analyse the effects of group music therapy sessions for people living with Long COVID. We have now released the final report for this study and we are really excited and proud of the outcomes of this research. The benefits of music therapy are becoming more commonly known now and thanks to reports like this it means that we will be able to continue this much needed work with scientific support to back us up.
