We are delighted to have been awarded funding by the National Lottery Community Fund to run a FREE music therapy group for people with chronic illnesses. We will be running 3 X six week blocks of music therapy. 

Sessions will feature live music making and improvisation, song writing, breathing exercises, movement exercises and much more. 

Aims of the session are to provide a safe space to explore emotions relating to your condition and also learn techniques to manage the psychological and physiological symptoms of your illness. 

Sessions will start on Monday 10th January 2022 at 2pm at Beaulieu Community Centre. 

Booking is essential! We also welcome referrals from professionals.
