The Rhythmic Breath is a free, closed group where we use music to relax the mind, body and soul.
Come along if you are struggling with chronic physical or mental health, long Covid, or general stress and anxiety.
We aim to create a safe space for you to share and use various activities that help to ease some of the symptoms that can come with some of these conditions.
The sessions are relaxed and welcoming where you’ll be able to share your thoughts and feelings and express yourself through music!
The groups are ran by music therapist Katie and community musician Becky.
Funding for this group has now ended however be sure to sign up to our Newsletter to stay updated with new groups in the future.
We are also currently running a group for people with Long Covid in Earls Colne, for NHS referrals only.
