What are the benefits of music therapy?
The unique non-verbal element of music allows clients who are unable to speak to have an opportunity to express themselves and find their voice. This helps with the development of communication and social skills and develops self-confidence. In addition to this music therapy can help sharing and expressing emotions, improved concentration and attention span and the development of self-awareness.
