The session will involve various types of music making, all tailored towards the individual, which may include improvising together, singing songs, writing a song, or using technology such as an iPad.
We can come to you for individual sessions and we can also provide virtual sessions. We tailor our sessions to meet your individual needs.
What ages do you work with?
We work with clients of all ages and abilities, right from the early years to the end of life. Music therapy provides a unique outlet for teenagers allowing them to express emotions and reflect on the challenges of adolescence in a unique, safe environment.
Can music therapy improve mental health?
The answer is undeniably YES! Music has huge benefits for mental health and our therapists are highly trained to help those struggling with their mental health to express their emotions in a safe environment. They can also help clients to develop coping mechanisms to further improve their mental health.
